We are pleased to announce that we will be moving to our new location Friday, November 1, 2019. Accessibility to your DuxWare services during our move will not be interrupted. The only potential impact to you will be limited availability to our Customer Support Department via phone the day of our move Friday, 11/1/2019. We are already prepping for our move to make the transition to our lovely and spacious office space as seamless as possible.

Here are the details:

Thursday, October 31st – Our office staff will begin the process of moving at 1:00 p.m. Our Support Department will be the last of the staff to pack up. We will have a Customer Support Line open until 4:00 pm. Office closes at 4:00 p.m. If you or your staff have an urgent need, please try to contact us as soon as possible on this day. Our Fax line will not be available after 4:00 p.m. and will be reconnected and ready to receive facsimiles when we open in our new office on Monday, 11/4/2019.

Friday, November 1st – Office is closed during the move; however, we will not be available by phone on 11/1, but we will monitor or support email, so if you need something that cannot wait until Monday, please email your request with your contact information to [email protected].
